Meditación y viaje sonoro en Joshua Tree

Joshua tree is a powerful vortex of energy, that cannot be fully experienced unless you tap in to your power of meditation. I am offering an hour of meditation, breath work, sound healing and other relaxing techniques in the desert. As humans we are a microcosm of the macrocosm. Tools to bring yourself into a state of peace can be taken with you wherever you go. The experience will be simple and gentle. All levels are welcome. We will open the class by a couple sounds of AUM to create some vibrational bounds with each other. A guided meditation will follow as well as different breathing techniques. And we will end the class on a sound healing journey. The goal of this experience is to create a safe space to step into your real self. No pets allowed.
