You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. You’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! Your friends home will be surprised when you will serve them homemade plates you learned following typical italian recipes in an unique and rare location; the fun experience will leave an unforgettable and marvellous memory. THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. Of course, after cooking, we'll enjoy what we have prepared in a simple Italian meal all together with complimentary wine and coffee ;) ps: If you are a group or you don't see availability you can try to reach out to me for dinner or other dates.

We’ll take you around Milan to discover the most beautiful streets, local places and many hidden gems of the city. We will visit the city center discovering many secrets and uncommon places just around the Duomo. All the things we'll see are our favorites: small narrow streets, special architecture, private courtyards and a picturesque coffee shop. All these are the places where the real Milanese goes and experience every day, surrounding themselves with beauty and “bella vita”. This is a friendly cooking experience. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home for a traditional meal with a local, where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing delicious homemade pasta: Sicilian (garganelli, rigatoni or busiate), tortelli, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of homemade pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a cool time together to Cooking, eating, drinking, chatting, laughing, sharing stories, and particularly talk about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy. Durante el recorrido, yo y mis expertos locales co- los anfitriones te guiarán por las calles y plazas más bonitas y fascinantes de la ciudad, contándote historias interesantes y anécdotas sobre Milán y su gente (si quieres conocer toda la historia y arte en detalle, el tiempo y precio sería diferente. ¡Pero no acaba ahí! También te daremos consejos sobre dónde comer, beber y divertirte para que tu estancia sea aún más memorable. ¿Lo mejor? El recorrido es privado, por lo que no habrá otras personas aparte de tu grupo. Podrán disfrutar de una experiencia auténtica,sin tener que preocuparse por seguir un grupo de turistas desconocidos. Esto te dará la libertad de disfrutar del recorrido a tu propio ritmo, conmigo o con mis coanfitriones totalmente dedicados a ti y a tus compañeros de viaje. Quello che offro è un corso per apprendere come realizzare alcuni piatti tipici della nostra splendida Italia. Prepareremo insieme la pasta fresca, nei formati tradizionali delle varie regioni italiane: le tagliatelle all’uovo emiliane, le rinomate orecchiette pugliesi, i cavatelli molisani e per chi desidera sperimentare ed assaggiare qualcosa di veramente unico, ci cimenteremo nei culurgiones sardi (una pasta fresca ripiena, chiusa ad arte, con una farcitura di patate, pecorino e menta) Ci sarà da divertirsi! E mentre lavoriamo, degusteremo un delizioso aperitivo a base di buon vino (o in alternativa una bevanda analcolica) e salame nostrano...e poi tutti a tavola per l’assaggio! Come dolce realizzeremo la torta paesana, detta anche torta di pane: tipica della tradizione povera lombarda brianzola, che veniva cucinata dalle mamme e dalle nonne per le feste di paese e rionali, oppure il più popolare tiramisu’ o ancora il salame al cioccolato. Tornerai a casa orgoglioso di te!

Os llevaremos, sobre nuestras MTB, a descubrir una Milán oculta. Partiendo de Trenno (zona San Siro), en las afueras Oeste de Milán, nos sumergiremos en tres pulmones verdes poco conocidos. Durante nuestro paseo en bicicleta tendremos la oportunidad de encontrar muchas especies animales que rara vez se encuentran dentro de una metrópolis. Al final del tour haremos una breve parada para disfrutar de un refrigerio con productos típicos italianos, y por la noche tendremos la posibilidad de disfrutar también de la puesta de sol en un lugar muy sugestivo. ¡Te parecerá que no estás en Milán, si no es por un vistazo de la ciudad! Cantina Urbana wine tour & tasting. First of all you will greeted at the entrance with a welcome glass of wine. Our staff will show you where you can sit. Then, the visit starts! Tour of the winery and you will discover how the wine is made through the production area and see the vinification steel tank, amphora and barriques for the ageing and finally the bottling process. You will understand the winemaking daily activities. Finally you will be guide into the wine experience with a tasting of 3 different wines paired with a small platter in combination. You will learn how we make wine and get the opportunity to taste it. The experience will be run for 1,30 hour. We please you to be on time and arrive a few minutes early!

I will introduce you to "my" Milano, in the way I experienced it until now, and we will have so much fun and spontaneous conversations along the way. As soon as you enter in this cute and iconic car that belongs to my family, you will feel like you are in a vintage movie, also because so many people around will be looking at you. Latest but not least, we will stops in many places in order to take unique photos with a bit of "vintage touch" and capture every single moment of our time together. This experience is not an historic/artistic guided tour, and it suitable for those who want to discover Milan in a "La Dolce Vita" style and return home with lots of unforgettable memories, exclusive photos to share and, hopefully, with a new local friend in Milan: me! We meet at 08:00 am inside Milan Central station, we board the train (approx. 1-hour) to a charming village on the Lake Como. We enjoy a walk through the picturesque village (climbing some stairs as well). Afterwards we drive to Tirano through an Alpine valley with a possible stop by a winery, old cellar experience or a cafè! At the arrival free time for your lunch (on your own, average cost € 30 per person), climbing few stairs to reach the area, and then we board the Bernina train, on the Express railway, that really ascends the Swiss Alps with a stunning view! Once on top of the ride we get off to enjoy the panorama of alpine lakes, glaciers and the impressive Alps scenery! After the short drive to reach S.
