We will take you for coffee in one of the city’s historic cafés. Here in Trieste, coffee drinking is an important ritual and we will show you how best to enjoy it, like a true Triestino. Having finished our coffees, we will hop on the historic Opicina tramway (or replacement bus if the tram network is down) and head out to the green and distinctive Karst area, the starting point of our trip. From here, we will spend around an hour hiking and taking in breath-taking views of the city and the sea. Finding a peaceful spot to stop, we will sample rebechin, a typical Triestino snack, and savour the local produce. Our walk continues through a traditional village, followed by a descent to the sea. Strolling along fishermen’s trails and passing the railway station, which was built in 1857, we end our journey in the stunning Miramare Castle park. After the tour, you may wish to cool off with a dip in the sea, visit the Castle or return with me to the city centre. Other things to note 5km walk on a flat path and 2km walk on a descending path with stairs (total 2 hours walk). The trail does not present any technical difficulty. I will introduce you to the world of organic olive oil production. You will experience the whole process how is produced one of the best olive oil in the world (FLOS OLEI-from 2013 to 2024, BIOL 2017-best croatian organic olive oil, extragold medal at BIOL 2017-2023 ) from visiting the olive groves and getting acquainted with the world of olive growing, to the professionally guided olive oil tasting in our tasting room. Since I'm a Chef, I will teach you how to combine different sorts od olive oils with different food.

Kayaking & snorkelling near the rocky beaches and cliffs in Pula, exploring the city from the seaside. We start from Valovine beach with the basics of kayaking and safety rules, after which we continue our sea adventure where we have a lot to experience. Except kayaking, it's also possible to snorkel on the beach where we make short break (about 30min), to explore the area by foot and/or to just enjoy in the sun and sea. On the last part of the adventure we go with kayaks into the cave illuminated with headlights and admire the beautiful sea colour created by the sunlight. Other things to note Groups are small, up to 8 people! We'd like to keep it cozy :) It's good to have at least basic physical condition and swimming skills. You can reach the location with your own transport (there is a parking, free of charge) or by bus.

After meeting at the beach, we will start with the basics of kayaking and safety rules. Since this is a night activity, we need to make sure that every participant is a good swimmer and is able to follow detailed instructions. We kayak along the coastline with illuminated kayaks which allow us to see the underwater, enjoy the night sky away from the city lights and all the crowds. Highlight of this unique experience is kayaking into the 30m long cave. Underwater lamps on the kayaks give a special feeling since the cave gets completely illuminated with different colours! See, feel, enjoy the moment and reconnect with yourself! Other things to note The experience start time may change depending on the time of the sunset (± 1 hour). Groups are guided by up to 3 guides and group size is up to 16 participants. More lights on the water means more safety, but we enter the cave in smaller groups so everyone gets to enjoy lights spectacle.

Is there any better way to spend late afternoon in Piran than with a laidback walking tour through the narrow streets of the city which will take you back to the medieval times and give you great insight how people were living here few centuries ago? In 90 minutes walking tour I will share you some great stories from our granddads, local fishermen, salt producers and many more. The experience is planed as a different point of view on my hometown. As we have rich industrial history I would like to take you on time-machine tour where you will see dark and abandoned side of the city but also enjoy in possibilities and ideas of the past times. We will discover together parts that you will never discover folowing the map. Meeting point is "Mc Donalds" in the center of the city from where we are heading trough underground tunnel to the main industrial street in the town. After some informations about the city past and casual talking we will reach the big industrial factory where the real adventure is going to start. Tunnels, abandoned rooms, industrial halls, machines, dusty places and a lot more. You will be living for some time beautiful past of my town and experience different things than casual tourist. The tour starts in the small port of Stinjan and after a short briefing, we get into our kayaks and away we go. As we "voga voga" towards Jerolim Island, which is a part of Brijuni National Park, we occasionally stop to enjoy the views provided by the Punta Christo Lighthouse, the bay of Pula with its breakwater, and the entirety of the Brijuni Islands. Once we reach the Jerolim island we catch our breaths again and explore the island. We recommend starting with quick snorkeling (we got you covered with the equipment) and underwater photography sessions. To complement the strength session that you just finished by rowing to the island, we recommend taking a stroll around the island - you can enjoy the beautiful vistas and meet the local wildlife: cranky peacocks (watch your fingers) and hungry fishes. When we’re done our stroll around the island, it’s time to relax at the beach for a bit and then get ready for our trip back to Stinjan. On our way back we may even spot some wild tunas or dolphins! Hike and gastronomic tour near the village of Stinjan (6 km from Pula). We start from the Punta Christo Quarry and we explore Fort Monte Grosso. Then we proceed to the other hidden forts.
